### Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store. You will ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and that sales goals are met. The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales management, recruiting, and retail math. ### Responsibilities: - Manage all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and employee scheduling - Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve store targets - Recruit, train, and supervise a team of sales associates - Monitor and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Maintain a clean and organized store environment - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner - Collaborate with other store managers to share best practices and achieve company-wide objectives ### Qualifications: - Proven experience in a similar role as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager - Strong sales background with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets - Excellent organizational and administrative skills - Knowledge of retail math principles, including pricing strategies and profit margins - Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team - Exceptional customer service skills - Experience in wireless sales is a plus If you are a results-oriented individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for driving sales, we would love to hear from you.
